Processor Role
Connexa acts as a data processor or service provider for customer data that you connect from sources like Zoom, Google Meet, HubSpot, and other systems. The customer is the controller and is responsible for determining a lawful basis and providing required notices to end users.
Subprocessors

Data Processing Commitments (Summary)
- Process data only on documented customer instructions for providing the Service.
- Ensure personnel with access to data are bound by confidentiality.
- Maintain reasonable technical and organizational security measures.
- Delete or return customer data upon termination, subject to legal requirements and backups.
- Provide reasonable assistance with data subject requests where applicable.
