Terms of Service

Overview & Acceptance

By creating an account or using Connexa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

B2B-only, No Consumers or Minors

Connexa is intended for business use only. It is not offered to consumers, is not designed for personal use, and is not directed to minors. You must be an adult with authority to act on behalf of your organization.

Account Registration & Eligibility

1. One account per organization; you must have authority to bind your company.
2. Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
3. Keep credentials secure and be responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

• Connexa is sold as a recurring subscription (for example, monthly, currently $299 per company as shown on the order form).
• Billing is handled by third-party processors such as PayPal, Stripe, or Lemon Squeezy.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Fees for the current period are non-refundable; upgrades or downgrades take effect as shown in the billing flow.
• Trials or promotional pricing, if offered, are described in the order flow.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully.

• No abuse, interference, or unauthorized access.
• No spam, phishing, or deceptive communications.
• No illegal content or infringement of third-party rights.
• No scraping, harvesting, or reverse engineering of the Service.
• No high-risk or prohibited content, including hate, violence, or activity that could cause harm.

Integrations & Third-Party Services

Connexa connects to services like Zoom, Google Meet, HubSpot, and others. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Connexa is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations in third-party platforms.

Data & Privacy

Customer data belongs to the customer. Connexa processes customer data only to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing & Subprocessors page.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other party's non-public information and use it only to fulfill obligations under these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Connexa retains all intellectual property rights in the Service and related software. Customers retain intellectual property rights in their data and content.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connexa's total liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the last 12 months or $1,000. Connexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connexa from claims, damages, and expenses arising from misuse of the Service or violation of laws or third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms with notice. Upon termination, access to the Service ends. Data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing page, subject to legal requirements and backup retention.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law rules. Exclusive venue is in [VENUE].

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
