Infrastructure
Connexa uses reputable cloud infrastructure providers with network security controls, regional isolation, and monitoring in place. Regions used for processing should be reviewed and confirmed by legal counsel.
Application Security
The Service uses authentication, role-based access controls, secure password hashing, and HTTPS-only connections for application traffic.
Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Encryption at rest may be applied where supported by the underlying storage systems.
Access Control
Access to production data is limited to authorized team members and follows least-privilege principles.
Backups & Disaster Recovery
Backups are maintained at a high level to support service continuity and recovery in case of incidents.
Incident Response
Connexa maintains a basic incident response process to address security issues promptly.
- Identify and assess the incident.
- Contain, remediate, and restore affected systems.
- Notify customers as required and document corrective actions.
